Their stain removal is amazing. I never would have believed some of them could be removed including coffee, tar, nail polish, and normal wear patterns. They are each wonderfully friendly. They have great tips that have helped us in-between cleanings, are prompt, and are priced fairly. They were originally recommended to us because their cleaning products don't harm our rugs and carpets. I can attest to that! I highly recommend them for any kind of rug or carpet cleaning.
