Pre-Inspection & Dye Stability Test
Every rug undergoes a thorough pre-inspection in a designated, well-lit area of our shop. During pre-inspection, we are looking for structural damage, pet stains, and any signs of moth damage. We also test for dye stability, especially when we know there has been water damage, pet urine, or if we find signs of existing dye migration.
Dusting & Dry Soil Removal
Prior to cleaning, we focus on removing the gritty, particulate soils and pet hairs that regular vacuuming has left behind. Because every rug is different, our dusting methods are carefully tailored to the needs of each individual rug.
Rug Washing
We never use large wash tubs that can cause cross contamination, completely eliminating the possibility of pet urine or fugitive dyes migrating from other rugs on to yours. All rugs are washed the old-fashioned way, by hand, one rug at a time, with clean, fresh water and solutions that are safe for area rug fibers and dyes.

Pet Odor & Pet Urine Odor Removal
The pet odors that get trapped in your rugs can be a source of embarrassment. The oils from their skin and fur and the bacteria from occasional pet accidents cannot be removed with vacuuming. We fully guarantee pet urine odor removal when our suggested protocols are followed.
Oversized Rugs
Here in Naples we see a lot of unusually large area rugs. We are fully equipped and able to wash even the largest of rugs. Please be aware that extra pick-up and delivery charges may apply for super-sized rugs.
